Consult individual oximetry system manufacturers for compatibility of specific equipment and sensor models. Each device manufacturer is responsible for determining whether their device is compatible with each sensor model. RD Rainbow SET series patient cables have been verified using Masima Rainbow SET technology. Warning: Masima sensors and cables are designed for use with MasimaSET oximeters or equipment authorized to use Masima sensors.

Warnings, precautions and instructions
• Ensure that the cable is PHiliphhilipysically intact and there are no damaged or frayed wires or damaged parts. Check the cable visually and discard if you find cracks or discoloration.
• All sensors and cables are designed to use specific monitors. Check the compatibility of monitors, cables and sensors before use, otherwise it may cause performance degradation and/or patient injury.
• Lay patient cables carefully to reduce the possibility of patient entanglement or strangulation.
• Failure to properly connect the sensor or oximeter module to the cable may result in intermittent readings, inaccurate results, or no readings.
• To avoid damaging the cable, always keep the connector instead of the cable when connecting or disconnecting both ends.
• To prevent damage, do not soak or soak the sensor or cable in any liquid solution. Do not try to sterilize cables or sensors.
• Do not try to reprocess, repair or recycle Masima sensors or patient cables, as these processes may damage electrical components and may leak
Note: Replace the cable when the message to replace the cable is displayed, or when the low SIQ message is always displayed when monitoring continuous patients after completing the low-SIQ troubleshooting steps determined in the operating manual of the monitoring equipment.
• Note: The cable provides X-Cal® technology to minimize the risk of inaccurate readings and unexpected loss of patient monitoring. The cable will provide up to 17,520 hours of patient monitoring time. When the patient monitoring time runs out, replace the cable. Some legacy monitoring equipment does not distinguish between cables and sensors. In these devices, replacement of sensors or similar information can involve sensors or cables.
illustrate
