NIBP Module
Introduction to the principle
PNI was measured using the oscillometric method. A cuff placed around the upper arm is inflated until the pressure stops blood flow through the arteries in the upper arm. The cuff is then deflated according to the requirements of the algorithm. As cuff pressure decreases, blood flow through the artery is restored, resulting in a corresponding pulsation in the cuff. Consequently, a pressure sensor connected to the cuff inflation hose generates a pulsed signal. The NIBP module can process these signals and deliver measurement results.
Valve drive circuit
Check valve opening/closing. This circuit, along with the motor drive circuit, completes the cuff inflation and deflation operations.
Motor drive circuit
Check the function of the air pump. This circuit, along with the valve drive circuit, completes the cuff inflation and deflation operations. In addition, it provides motor status signals to the A/D converter for detection.
Non-invasive circuit for processing blood pressure signals.
The PNI signal is a difference signal. The differential amplifier circuit amplifies and converts the differential signal into an unbalanced signal and simultaneously sends one signal to the A/D converter and the other signal to the blocking and amplifier circuit. The DC and AMP blocking circuit removes the DC component from the signal, amplifies the signal and sends it to the A/D converter.
Overvoltage detection
NIBP pressure signal detection. Once the pressure exceeds the protection limit, a message is sent to the CPU system and accordingly the CPU system controls the valve drive circuit to open the valve and deflate the cuff, thereby reducing the pressure.
