Preparation and Precautions for ECG Examination
1. Do not drink, eat, eat cold drinks and smoke before the examination, and need to rest quietly for 20 minutes.
2. Sleep flat during the examination, relax the muscles of the whole body, breathe steadily, keep quiet, and do not talk or move your body.
3. Those who have had an electrocardiogram in the past should hand over the previous reports or records to the doctor. Some drugs taken before the examination, such as digitalis, potassium salt, calcium and antiarrhythmic drugs, should also be told to the doctor, so that the doctor can make an accurate judgment when analyzing the ECG.
4. During inspection, if electrode paste is applied, it can be wiped off with toilet paper after inspection. If you need to do ECG exercise test according to the condition, you should also pay attention to the following points:
(1) 1 hour before and after eating, it is not suitable for exercise test;
(2) Progressive or recent onset of angina pectoris, within 1 year after acute myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, severe hypertension, left ventricular hypertrophy, left bundle branch block, pre-excitation syndrome, obvious myocardial ischemia at rest, Exercise tests are contraindicated for the elderly, infirm, and those with limited mobility.

4. It is advisable to keep a diary to record physical discomfort and exercise time in detail within 24 hours, so as to provide reliable basis for doctors' diagnosis and treatment.
