The ESAOTE MyLab 30CV supports a variety of advanced ultrasound modes, including 2D, M-mode, Q-mode, TEI (tissue echo imaging), CFM (color flow imaging), TVM, PW Doppler, CW Doppler, and power Doppler. The system incorporates a rich array of probe technologies, including phased array probes for cardiac imaging, linear array probes for blood vessels and superficial organs, and convex array and micro-convex probes suitable for routine examinations. Through phased array technology, the ultrasound beam can penetrate the chest wall to acquire clear images of cardiac structures and accurately measure blood flow velocity and direction in the heart and blood vessels in Doppler mode.

► Maintenance

To extend the long-term stable operation and lifespan of the MyLab 30CV, regular maintenance is recommended:

• Probe Cleaning: After use, immediately wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a mild, neutral detergent or dedicated probe wipes. Do not use alcohol-based paper towels to vigorously wipe, as this may accelerate the aging and delamination of the acoustic lens. Do not immerse the probe entirely in water or use high-temperature sterilization.
• Main Unit and Panel Cleaning: Wipe the main unit casing, display, and control panel with a slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust and coupling agent residue. Always turn off the power and unplug the device before cleaning. Do not allow liquids to seep into the device.
• Environmental Requirements: The device should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 15-30℃ and a relative humidity of 30%-70%, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity. Sufficient space should be left around the device to ensure good ventilation of the heat dissipation vents, and it should not be obstructed by objects.
• Regular in-depth checks: It is recommended to perform a system self-check weekly to check whether the ultrasound, Doppler and other modes are working properly; regularly check whether the dust filter is clogged and clean the dust with low-pressure compressed air; and have a professional engineer regularly calibrate and test the probe performance.
