►Installation Steps

1.Turn off the power switch of the ventilator patient unit.

Disconnect the ventilator from the power outlet and all gas sources (air, oxygen).

Remove the new oxygen sensor from its packaging at least 15 minutes prior to replacement to allow it to acclimate to the ambient environment.

2.Open and remove the inspiratory channel cover to locate the old oxygen sensor, which is situated inside the inspiratory channel. Disconnect the sensor, release the latches on both sides, and carefully lift the sensor out of its position.

3.Carefully install the new 6640044 oxygen sensor into the designated position, ensuring it is fully seated and all cables are securely connected.

4.Reinstall the inspiratory channel cover and ensure it is securely locked in place.

5.Reconnect the ventilator to the power and gas sources, turn on the unit, and allow the ventilator to complete its startup self-test.
