The Edan C5-1XQ is a single-crystal convex array probe primarily used in abdominal, obstetric, and gynecological areas requiring deep exploration. Utilizing single-crystal materials, it offers higher electromechanical coupling efficiency compared to traditional piezoelectric ceramics, significantly improving image resolution and penetration, making it particularly suitable for patients with challenging imaging needs. It supports contrast-enhanced ultrasound and can be used for blood perfusion analysis of organs such as the liver and thyroid. With a wide fundamental frequency range, it allows for flexible switching between resolution and penetration, making it ideal for basic and advanced clinical applications in abdominal, obstetric/gynecological, and urological fields.

This probe features a curved design that better conforms to the curves of the human body, providing a more comfortable feel during scanning and reducing blind spots. Compared to traditional ceramic crystals, it offers over 85% higher electromechanical coupling efficiency, resulting in higher resolution and stronger penetration, clearer images, and the generation of purer sound waves. This further suppresses noise, enhances spectral sensitivity, and makes tissue details and blood flow signals more clearly visible.
