Product Introduction

The 75mm wide printer paper is the thermal recording paper designed specifically for the optional wide-format printer built into the PHiliph  MRx defibrillator . This is the paper that turns the defibrillator's recorded data into a physical, permanent record.

The paper comes as a roll that loads directly into the MRx's printer compartment. It's a 1 channel thermal paper with a red grid printed on it. The grid provides a visual reference for timing and amplitude, making the printed ECG strips easier to interpret at a glance.

Printer Paper Installation

1. Push the latch referring to picture show  to open the printer compartment cover.

2. Take out the existing paper roll by lifting its pull‑tab when it runs out of paper or has insufficient supplies.

3. Clean off leftover adhesive residues on the outer layer of a new paper roll before installation.

4. Set the fresh roll inside the paper cavity. Arrange the paper end downward and keep its grid‑marked side upward following the built‑in marks on the printer door.

5. Draw the paper end outward across the printer roller.

6. Close the printer door

Precautions

Printer Paper Check for sufficient paper and proper printing

Do not pull on the paper while a report is printing; waveform distortion may occur, leading to potential misdiagnosis.

Handle the paper gently. Avoid creasing, folding, or bending the paper roll, creases can cause paper jams or print artefacts. When loading a new roll, don't pull on the paper with excessive force.

Don't use paper that's damaged or discoloured. If a roll looks yellowed, has dark spots, or shows signs of moisture damage, don't use it. Compromised paper can produce poor‑quality prints that are hard to read, or it may jam in the printer.
