This CH8600CS blood analyzer is a human five-part differential hematology analyzer. This benchtop hematology analyzer combines routine blood count (CBC) and CRP testing, and is commonly used in hospital laboratories, health check-up departments, and independent laboratories.

The device's casing is made of unibody medical-grade flame-retardant ABS plastic, a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material that can withstand prolonged wiping with alcohol/disinfectants. Reagent trays are located on both sides of the device, allowing for direct reagent placement and preventing the mixing of blood, diluents, and cleaning solutions. Independent physical operation buttons on the right side support one-button start, printing, and rinsing, allowing for precise operation even while wearing medical gloves.

Q1: What is the maximum number of blood collection tubes that can be placed in a single batch autosampler? Are there any requirements for tube specifications?

A1: The dual trays can hold 20 standard anticoagulant blood collection tubes at a time. Irregularly shaped blood collection tubes cannot be autosampled and must be tested in manual mode.

Q2: If reagents run out during batch testing of medical examination samples, will the equipment automatically clear all tested data?

A2: No, the machine will stop after the currently being tested is completed. All completed reports will be automatically saved. After replacing the reagents, there is no need to retest the completed samples.

Q3: After prolonged use, blood clots remain on the outer wall of the sampling needle. Can they be cleaned using the routine cleaning procedure?

A3: Mild blood clots can be removed by routine rinsing; stubborn blood clots require a special enzyme cleaning and soaking procedure at least once a week. Accumulated blood clots can cause cross-contamination of samples, affecting testing accuracy.
