Mindray T5 Patient Monitor Three Prong Power Interface Assembly C50337-A 6EH8

Product Introduction

The three-pin power connector assembly (part number C50337-A 6EH8) is an AC power input module mounted on the rear panel of the Mindray BeneView T5 patient monitor. It is a removable socket for a three-pin medical-grade power cord used to power the monitor.

This is a separate component comprising an IEC standard female connector, internal wiring or PCB traces to transmit power to the power board, and a mechanical housing that mounts it flush with the rear panel of the monitor.

Advantages

1. Once the power cord is inserted, the inlet routes the incoming AC through internal wiring or PCB traces to the monitor's power supply board. That board then converts the AC into the multiple DC voltages the monitor needs+3.3V, +5.0V, and +12V to run the LCD, mainboard, recorder, and parameter modules.

2. Provides a secure, locking connection. The three‑prong design with a standard IEC‑compatible inlet ensures the power cord stays firmly seated. This prevents accidental disconnection.

3. The T5's power supply is designed to accept 100‑240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, which means the same monitor works in different countries without needing a voltage selector switch.

Power Activation Steps

Complete the monitor installation before starting vital sign monitoring with the following procedures:

  1. Prior to patient measurement, inspect the main unit, SMR assembly and detachable modules for physical defects. Verify all external wires, connectors and peripheral accessories are fully secured.
  2. Connect the power cable to an alternating current outlet. When operating via built-in battery, confirm the battery holds adequate charge.
  3. Tap the power control key located on the front panel. The boot interface will pop up, accompanied by blue technical alert light and yellow patient warning light activating simultaneously. After an audible system prompt sounds, the warning light shifts red briefly then both indicator lamps shut down entirely.
  4. The device will automatically load its primary operation interface afterward.

Precautions

Please use only genuine Mindray parts. Using unauthorized replacement parts may void the warranty and may affect the safety and performance of your device.

Regularly check the power input connector. Over time, the pins inside the connector may bend or corrode, or the casing may crack from repeated plugging and unplugging. If the power cord feels loose when plugged in, or if the monitor intermittently loses power, check the power input connector.

Also check the power cord. Before determining that the power input connector itself is faulty, try using a different medical-grade power cord. A damaged power cord can also cause the same symptoms as a faulty power input connector.
