This is the original ICF board (Industrial CompactFlash Mainboard) for the Mindray BeneHeart D3 defibrillator, model number 051-000785-00.
The board features a green multi-layer PCB with a central Cypress SRAM chip for high-speed data buffering, a main MCU/FPGA labeled “U4 V5.0” for core logic control, and a white CF card slot for storing defibrillation records, ECG waveforms, and system firmware. Multiple pin headers around the perimeter connect to the display, keypad, battery management, and other peripherals.
