Product Introduction

The keypad board, part numbers 050-000362-00 and 051-000489-00, are the primary physical interfaces for the Mindray BeneHeart D3 defibrillator monitor. They contain all the buttons used to control the device, such as power, energy selection, discharge, and mode switching.

This board, located behind the front panel, is the critical connection between healthcare workers' hands and the device's internal systems. All button operations, whether delivering a life-saving shock, adjusting parameters, or performing self-tests, begin here. Due to its operation under high-intensity, high-frequency conditions, this component is highly susceptible to wear.

Power-On/Off

The power-on/off action is triggered by the naviagation knbo on the keypad board of the front housing.

The power-on/off process is controlled by the power management processor as follows:

Removing the Keypad Board

1. Disconnect all the cables from the mode select knob cable, encoder cable, speaker cable, LCD cable, assistant keypad board cable and the alarm lamp cable.

2. Remove the two M3×8  screws securing the grounding plate, and the six M3×8  screws from the keypad board. Take out the kayped board.
