Description

This parameter panel is part of the casing of the Comen STAR8000C patient monitor. Located on the side of the monitor, it serves as the physical positioning marker and protective structure for the front-end functional interfaces of the monitor. It provides precise mounting holes and clear functional markings for the connectors of each parameter module and protects the internal circuitry from electromagnetic interference and physical damage.

Each opening hole on the parameter panel is precision-machined to accurately fix the corresponding circular aviation socket or gas circuit interface on the motherboard. The ECG1, ECG2, NIBP, SpO2, Temp1, Temp2, and CO2 interfaces are permanently marked next to each interface by screen printing, so that medical staff can quickly and accurately find the corresponding function and effectively prevent the mis-insertion of lead wires, blood pressure cuffs, pulse oxygen probes, etc.

As a metal casing that fully covers the front panel, it isolates internal digital circuit noise from the external environment while also preventing external devices from interfering with the internal physiological signal acquisition board. Made of metal, it can effectively withstand the mechanical stress of daily plugging and unplugging, and protect the internal interface solder joints and connecting wires from damage due to accidental impacts.
