Q1: My ECG signal is intermittent; is the interface loose?

A1: It's very likely that the internal contacts at the ECG cable connection are oxidized or loose. Poor contact with the electrode wires will cause intermittent signal. We recommend replacing the module.

Q2: Are the two channels on the interface module different? Are they interchangeable?

A2: The two channels are independent but functionally identical. Both support standard ECG leads. As long as they are plugged in correctly, they will work normally; there's no need to distinguish between them.

Q3: Can I clean the interface module with alcohol if it's dirty? What precautions should I take?

A3: You can gently wipe the outside of the interface and the socket with alcohol, but do not let the liquid flow into the socket to avoid corroding the contacts; let it dry before use to avoid short circuits.
