Description

The power supply board connector cable of the EDAN CADENCE II fetal monitor are primarily used for energy transmission, voltage regulation, and power distribution. It is an integrated multi-output harness, including a high-voltage DC line after AC rectification, a low-voltage DC output line after transformer conversion, a battery charging control line, and a power status signal feedback line. The connector terminals feature a foolproof design to prevent reverse insertion. The terminals are specially treated to resist oxidation and have self-locking clips to prevent loosening or poor contact caused by fan vibration during prolonged operation.

Functions:

- The power board connection cables are responsible for delivering the isolated DC power of different specifications generated by the power board to various components of the tire monitor. Separate distribution effectively prevents high-load components from interfering with low-signal processing.

- The connection harness includes communication lines with the battery pack and thermistor sensing lines. The system uses these connections to read battery temperature, voltage, and charge information in real time, and dynamically adjusts the charging current based on battery status, achieving overcharge protection and lifespan management.

- Some thin wires in the harness are specifically used to transmit logic level signals, responsible for informing the main control board in real time whether "AC power or battery power is currently being used," and whether "the power board is faulty."
