GE Totex U80304-24INR19 4ICR19/65-3 Rechargeable Lithium Battery 14.4V 600mAh 87Wh Compatible
Battery Introduction
GE ultrasound equipment, this U80304‑24INR19 lithium‑ion battery is a solid choice. It’s a compatible replacement battery designed for the Totex series – the kind of devices you’d find in hospital ultrasound departments, at bedside, or in operating rooms for routine scanning. The battery delivers a nominal voltage of 14.4 V and a capacity of 6.0 Ah (which works out to about 87 Wh). That’s enough energy to keep a portable ultrasound running through several scanning sessions without plugging into the mains. It’s particularly handy for in‑hospital transport, bedside exams, or as a backup during temporary power outages. The casing is made of flame‑retardant engineering plastic, and inside there’s a smart battery management circuit. The physical dimensions and electrical interface follow the original specifications, so it can directly replace a worn‑out or failed original battery.

Advantages
1. With 87 Wh of stored energy, A whole morning of bedside exams or a couple of patient transports can be handled on a single charge.
2. An internal Battery Management System (BMS) constantly monitors cell voltage, current, and temperature. If a short circuit, overcharge, deep discharge, or overheating occurs, the BMS automatically cuts off output or stops charging. This not only extends the battery’s life but also protects the expensive ultrasound main unit.
3. Direct swap , no wiring changes needed , The physical shape, connector position, and locking slots are made to original specifications.
Notice
Try not to run the battery all the way down until the device shuts off. Deep discharging harms the cells and will noticeably shorten the battery‘s overall lifespan. When you see the low‑battery warning, it’s time to recharge.
If you’re storing the battery for a long time, don’t leave it fully charged or completely empty. Keep the charge level around 50-70 % and store it in a cool, dry place. Every couple of months, give it a short recharge to offset natural self‑discharge and prevent the cells from falling into a deep‑discharge state.
Don’t crush or drop the battery casing. The inside of a Li‑ion battery is quite tight. If the case gets deformed, the separator between the positive and negative electrodes can be compressed
