Introduction

The Delon XD-250 Medical Cold Light Source is a desktop xenon lamp illumination system designed to meet the stringent requirements of endoscopic diagnosis and surgery. It is an important imaging aid, providing high-intensity, stable illumination for observing internal organs and tissues during medical examinations. The XD-250 features a single-lamp desktop design with a high-pressure, short-arc xenon lamp at its core. The main unit integrates a microcontroller that precisely records the lamp's usage time and controls the trigger and shutdown circuits.

This intelligent electronic switching system provides a stable power supply to the xenon lamp, minimizing output current ripple and ensuring constant current operation for stable, flicker-free light output. The XD-250 produces a full-spectrum light source from ultraviolet to infrared, with visible light color very close to natural sunlight. The system is equipped with a front panel control panel with touch switches for adjusting light intensity, ensuring operating room personnel can quickly and easily adjust the illumination level according to clinical needs.

Main Functions:

1. Provides high-brightness, highly uniform cold light illumination with strong light penetration, clearly revealing the tissue structure of the examination site or surgical area.

2. Supports continuous adjustment of multiple brightness levels. Medical staff can flexibly adjust the illumination intensity according to the examination site, endoscope type, and patient condition, avoiding both excessively strong light that might irritate the patient and insufficient light that might affect visual clarity.

3. Features a built-in triple mechanism of overheat protection, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection. When the device experiences excessive temperature, abnormal current, or a short circuit, it will automatically cut off the power supply, protecting the device itself, medical staff, and patients. The cold light design effectively avoids heat radiation damage, improving the safety of diagnosis and treatment.

Usage Precautions:

• The device must be connected to a compliant 220V AC power supply. Using non-standard power supplies or overloading the power supply is strictly prohibited. When plugging and unplugging the power cord, handle it gently to avoid damaging the power interface or cable, and to prevent short circuits or leakage.
•  During use, do not touch the light-emitting port or the front of the beam guide with your hands to avoid burns from high temperatures (even with a cold light source, the light-emitting port still has slight residual heat). Also, do not touch the light-emitting port with sharp objects to prevent damage to the light-emitting components.
