Description

Features:

- Dual-channel physical isolation: The two sets of cables are separated by a ground wire or use a twisted pair structure in the cabling to prevent pulse noise from digital circuits from coupling into weak analog signals such as ECG and respiratory waves.

- Shielding and grounding: The connecting lines are equipped with an aluminum foil shielding layer, which is pressed against the edge of the interface board's metal casing to prevent high-voltage pulses from rebounding through the ground wire and damaging the main control chip during defibrillation.

- Specific impedance matching: The connecting lines need to maintain a certain characteristic impedance to avoid waveform overshoot that could lead to false alarms in arrhythmia analysis.

Functions:

- Transmits ECG, respiration, blood oxygen envelope, and invasive pressure bridge signals to the parameter board for analog-to-digital conversion in a low-impedance manner.

- Provides isolated operating voltage for the independent parameter acquisition board.

- Drives signals through optocoupler isolation on this line, ensuring that even if the parameter interface board leaks current, the patient will not be touched through the lead wires.

Installation Steps:

- Disconnect all power to the device and wear an anti-static wrist strap.

- Unscrew the screws securing the device casing and carefully pry it open.

- The parameter module is located directly below the machine. Locate the connection cable between the parameter board and the connection board and carefully disconnect it.

- Insert the new connection cable in its original position.

- Perform a power-off test, ensuring safety. After the test, close the casing, tighten the screws, and the replacement installation is complete.
