1. Installation:
Ensure the monitor is powered off. Open the case, locate the old NIBP module, disconnect the ribbon cables and air tubes, unscrew the mounting screws, and replace it with the new module.
2. Tube Connection:
Pay attention to the air tube orientation; ensure connections are tight to prevent air leaks.
3. Calibration:
After replacement, it is recommended to enter Service Mode to perform pressure calibration for accuracy.
Fault Diagnosis
The cuff continues to inflate and cannot automatically release pressure, indicating that the solenoid valve is stuck or damaged.
The inflation process is abnormally slow and the air pump heats up, indicating internal wear and aging of the air pump.
Significant fluctuations in measurement values or inability to display pulse rate indicate a failure of the pressure sensor.
The host screen directly displays "NIBP Sensor Error", confirming a hardware failure in the module.
The air pump is running normally but the pressure cannot increase, indicating that there is a leak in the internal air circuit of the module.
