Comen Neonatal C60 Patient Monitor Motherboard Mainboard 16-100-0001
Introduction
This motherboard (model: 16-100-0001) is specifically designed for the C60 patient monitors. As the central processing and control unit of the monitoring system, this motherboard employs a high-density multilayer PCB design, integrating the main processor, memory modules, and all critical interface connectors. The motherboard features precision engineering and high-quality electronic components, capable of withstanding the stringent requirements of continuous clinical operation.
It serves as the primary hub for connecting and managing all vital sign parameter modules, including ECG, non-invasive blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiration, and temperature sensors. All connectors are clearly labeled and have foolproof markings for easy and proper installation and maintenance. This motherboard is fully compatible with the C60's 8.4-inch high-brightness TFT touchscreen display and its intuitive touch and rotary dual-operation interface. It is responsible for real-time acquisition of data from all physiological sensors, running advanced signal processing algorithms, coordinating system resources, and driving the user interface to ensure that all vital sign data is accurately and reliably presented to clinicians.

Specifications
Functions
1. it provides overall control, receiving and analyzing signals from various monitoring modules (blood oxygen, ECG, blood pressure, etc.), issuing instructions to coordinate the collaborative work of each module, and ensuring real-time acquisition and synchronous transmission of monitoring data.
2. it processes data, converting the analyzed physiological parameters (heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, etc.) into clear numerical values and waveforms, outputting them to the display screen, and simultaneously storing monitoring data and alarm records. It supports historical data review and export, providing data support for clinical diagnosis.
3. it provides operation and alarm control, receiving operation commands such as button and touch controls, executing parameter settings, mode switching, etc., while monitoring the overall operating status. In the event of a fault or abnormal parameters, it triggers an audible and visual alarm to alert medical staff for timely intervention. Furthermore, the motherboard has self-protection functions, effectively preventing damage to itself and other modules caused by abnormal voltage or signal overload.
Usage Precautions
1. All disassembly and assembly must be performed with the equipment completely powered off and under proper anti-static protection. Wear an anti-static wrist strap and use an anti-static workbench. Never plug or unplug cables while the circuit board is powered on, or touch any components, to prevent electrostatic discharge or short circuits that could damage the motherboard and other modules.
2. The motherboard is a precision electronic component. Handle it gently during disassembly and assembly. Do not press or strike the board surface forcefully to avoid component detachment, board cracking, or unsoldering. Never touch the interface pins with sharp objects to prevent bending or oxidation.
3. During installation, ensure all cables are correctly and securely connected, and screws are tightened properly to prevent malfunctions due to poor contact. If errors occur after installation, first check the cables and screws, then check the motherboard itself. Do not disassemble blindly.
