Biolight M66 Patient Monitor Pump Solenoid Valve Assembly CJP37-C12A1
Introduce
This CJP37-C12A1 air pump solenoid valve assembly is the core power and control component of the Biolight M66 patient monitor's noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) monitoring system. It integrates a DC 12V miniature air pump, a dual-channel solenoid valve, air tubing, and a metal mounting base. It provides stable inflation power for noninvasive blood pressure measurement and precisely controls the on/off and depressurization of the air circuit, ensuring accurate blood pressure data acquisition and automated measurement processes.
All components are mounted on a rugged chassis with integrated pneumatic interfaces and electrical connectors. The component is housed within a shock-absorbing frame to minimize vibration transmitted to the monitor chassis during pump operation. Gold-plated electrical contacts ensure reliable signal transmission, while its compact size allows for seamless integration into the monitor's internal layout. This component controls cuff inflation, maintains pressure, and executes the controlled deflation sequence required for accurate oscillometric blood pressure measurements.

Parameter
Advantage
1. The miniature diaphragm air pump provides stable inflation pressure, while the solenoid valve offers sensitive response and reliable sealing. Combined with medical-grade silicone tubing, it effectively prevents leaks and pressure fluctuations, ensuring accurate and highly repeatable blood pressure measurements.
2. The air pump and solenoid valve utilize industrial-grade core components. The silicone tubing is aging-resistant and corrosion-resistant, capable of withstanding the high-frequency, long-term blood pressure measurement demands of hospitals. Long-term use minimizes the risk of pump wear or solenoid valve jamming.
3. The integrated design eliminates the need for separate disassembly of the air pump, solenoid valve, and tubing. A complete replacement resolves blood pressure measurement malfunctions, significantly reducing equipment downtime and preserving clinical monitoring.
4. The air pump features a shock-absorbing design, resulting in low operating noise that minimizes disruption to the ward environment and enhances the patient experience.
Caution
When inserting or removing the gas tubing, operate smoothly in the direction of the connector. Do not twist or pull the tubing forcefully to prevent cracking or damage to the connectors, which could lead to gas leaks.
If abnormal noises from the air pump, slow inflation, stuck solenoid valve, aging or cracked tubing, or leaks occur, replace the affected parts immediately to avoid affecting the accuracy of blood pressure measurements and delaying clinical diagnosis.
Spare parts should be stored in a dry, dust-free environment free of corrosive gases to prevent deformation of the silicone tubing and moisture damage to the air pump motor, ensuring performance meets standards during subsequent replacements.
