Biolight M66 Patient Monitor Power Supply Board PS139 Medical Equipment Spare Part
Product Introduction
This product is the power board assembly (model: PS139) for the Biolight M66 series patient monitors. The power board features a compact, high-density PCB layout and is equipped with high-quality components including switching transistors, high-frequency transformers, filter capacitors, and voltage regulator circuitry. The assembly is encased in a shielded metal housing, providing mechanical protection and electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression. The primary side of the power board accepts a universal AC input (100-240V, 50/60Hz), while the secondary side provides multiple regulated DC outputs required by the monitor's mainboard, display, and parameter modules. The power board integrates overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and short-circuit protection (SCP) circuitry to protect the power supply and downstream components. Thermal management is achieved through an integrated cooling fan connector and carefully designed ventilation holes that align with the airflow of the monitor chassis.

Function
1. Rectifies, filters, and regulates external AC power, converting it into multiple DC voltages required by various modules of the equipment, providing continuous power for the entire machine's operation.
2. Simultaneously, it incorporates multiple protection circuits to automatically cut off power supply in case of abnormal voltage, short circuit, overload, etc., preventing the fault from spreading and damaging other core boards.
3. It can also filter out noise interference in the power grid, ensuring a clean power supply and preventing voltage fluctuations from causing changes in monitoring parameters or equipment restarts, thus ensuring the accuracy of clinical monitoring data.
Precautions for use
1. Do not touch high-voltage areas: The area marked "DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE" on the board is a high-voltage circuit. Do not touch it during disassembly, assembly, or maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance: During routine maintenance, regularly check the condition of the power board components. If bulging capacitors, leakage, unusual odors, or signs of burning are found, replace them immediately to prevent the fault from escalating.
3. Proper storage of spare parts: Spare power boards must be stored in a dry, dust-free, and anti-static environment, away from corrosive gases and high-temperature areas to prevent moisture and oxidation, ensuring performance meets standards when replaced later.
