BLT M66 Patient Monitor Encoder Keypad Wiring XH-7P 80mm Replacement Cable for ICU ECG Device
This is a high-quality replacement wiring harness specifically designed for the BLT M66 Patient Monitor. The image shows a durable flat flexible cable (FFC) with robust locking connectors on both ends. This cable serves as the critical link between the main logic board and the high voltage inverter board. Its primary function is to transmit stable low-voltage DC power to the inverter, which then boosts it to drive the LCD screen's backlight. If your monitor suffers from a black screen, flickering display, or dim backlight, this cable assembly is often the culprit and a necessary replacement part for restoration.

1. Troubleshooting
If there's a beep upon power-on but the screen is completely black, it's usually due to a broken or poorly connected high-voltage wire preventing the backlight from lighting up.
2. Disassembly/Reassembly Points
Always disconnect the device's power supply first to prevent short circuits.
The connectors at both ends are flat ribbon cables. When removing them, gently pinch both sides of the connector to avoid pulling the cable.
When installing a new cable, ensure the red-marked wire (Pin 1) is aligned with the connector recess. Do not insert it backwards.
3. Testing and Verification
Before reassembling the casing, power on the device to test if the screen lights up normally. If the backlight is stable, then tighten the screws.
