The ZF-156 Hydrophobic Suction Filter is a precision consumable specifically designed for medical respiratory equipment. As seen in the pictures, the product comes in independent sterile packaging, ensuring cleanliness prior to use. The filter body is typically made of polymer materials, with the internal filter membrane utilizing hydrophobic Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or similar materials. Its core function is to effectively block liquids, bacteria, and aerosol particles during gas flow (such as suction or oxygen supply), preventing them from backflowing into the expensive main medical units. Installation Position:
1. For Suction Machines: Install between the suction catheter and the collection bottle, or between the catheter and the main unit, to prevent liquid from entering the pump.
2. For Oxygen Concentrators: Usually installed in the tubing before or after the humidifier bottle, depending on the device design, primarily to prevent backflow.

Replacement Frequency:
1. It is recommended to replace it once a day, or immediately if the filter membrane gets wet, discolored, or if breathing resistance increases significantly.
2. If used for infectious patients, it must be discarded after each use; reuse is strictly prohibited.

1. Do Not Reuse:

This product is a disposable medical consumable. Reuse may lead to filter failure and cross-infection.

2. Check Expiry:

Before use, check the manufacturing date and expiry date (EXP: 2028/03 as shown in the image) on the package; do not use expired products.

3. Avoid Contamination:
