1. Turn off the PHiliph G30 monitor, disconnect the power, and open the printer tray door.

2. Pinch the plastic components at both ends of the old roller and gently pull them outwards (avoid forcefully pulling to prevent damage to the gears).

3. Align the gear end of the new roller with the printer motor gear and gently press until you hear a "click," confirming proper installation.

4. Load thermal paper, close the tray door, and start the machine to print a test page to confirm smooth paper feeding and normal printing.
