Description

This connection cable is the connection cable for the EXT and MARK interface board in the Edan F200 tire monitor. It is designed with a shielded cable. The outer sheath is usually thick and has good insulation and wear resistance to adapt to the wiring in the small space inside the device. Use special connectors to ensure that they will not be installed backwards or incompatible, causing damage to the interfaces on the board.

Purpose:

- External event mark (EXT MARK): During fetal heart monitoring, when the pregnant woman feels fetal movement, she can manually press the handheld "fetal movement mark button". The connecting line is responsible for transmitting this physical button signal to the monitor host. After the instrument receives the signal, it will put an obvious "mark" on the monitoring paper printed in real time.

- Interface board connection: It connects the "EXT MARK interface board" with the main control board of the host. The interface board is responsible for receiving external signals, and the connecting cable is the "bridge" for the signals to the CPU processing unit.

Installation steps:

1. Disconnect the power supply and battery of the tire monitor and wear an anti-static bracelet.

2. Unscrew the fixing screws on the housing and carefully open the housing.

3. Find the connecting cable on the EXT MARK interface board and remove the old connecting cable.

4. Insert the new connection cable into its original position and arrange it along the reserved wiring trough of the chassis.

5. Test under safe conditions, and the installation can be completed after the test is completed.
