Description

Purpose:

- Signal transmission: When the operator presses a key on the keyboard (such as starting monitoring, printing, function settings, etc.), the keyboard board will generate a corresponding electrical signal.

- Command analysis: This connection line is responsible for transmitting these electrical signals to the encoder accurately and reliably.

- Function execution: After the encoder receives the signal, it analyzes and processes it, and converts it into instructions that the host can recognize, thereby driving the monitor to perform the corresponding function.

Installation Steps:

- Completely disconnect the power supply of the monitor, ensure that the device is completely uncharged, and wear an anti-static bracelet before operating it.

- Unscrew the fixing screws on the tire monitor casing and carefully open the monitor casing.

- The keyboard board is located on the operation panel, and the encoder is located next to the keyboard. Find the connecting wire between them and disconnect it.

- Plug the new cable into the keyboard board and encoder, aligning it with the slot and making sure it is oriented correctly.

- Before replacing the casing, you can perform a power-on test to confirm that all keys on the keyboard are functioning properly.

- After the test is correct, replace all screws and housing as they are.
