Power Board Installation Steps
1. Disconnect all external power to the device; after 10 minutes, remove the outer casing and locate the old power board inside the device.
2. Disconnect all ribbon cables and interface connections on the power board, and record the location and wiring sequence of each interface.
3. Unscrew the four corner screws and remove the old power board.
4. Align the new power board with the screw holes, tighten the screws, and reconnect all wiring according to the recorded positions.
5. Power on and test. After confirming that all voltage outputs are normal and the device passes the self-test, reinstall the power board into the outer casing.
