Description

This connection cable is the cable connecting the keyboard board and the main board in the BLT Q5 monitor. It is mainly used to transmit the key signals pressed by the user (such as "start monitoring", "freeze waveform", "set parameters" and other commands) in the form of electrical signals to the main board of the monitor in real time for processing, so that the device will perform corresponding operations.

How to judge the connection line failure:

- Key failure: Some or all keys do not respond when pressed.

- Functional abnormalities: The machine may fail to start, or suddenly freeze during operation.

- Display error: The monitor reports an error.

If the monitor has the above faults, you can troubleshoot. First check whether the circuit of the keyboard board can be used. After confirming that the keyboard board is normal, you can find out the wiring fault and need to replace it.

How to Replace:

1. Unplug the monitor from the power source (including unplugging the power cord and removing the battery), and wear an anti-static bracelet or gloves.

2. Turn over the monitor, remove the fixing screws on the base cover, and open the casing.

3. Find the flat cable between the keyboard board and the motherboard. The keyboard board has only one link cable.

4. Carefully unplug the old cable and plug in the new one.

5. Carry out the test without closing the shell while ensuring safety, and test each button in turn. After the test is completed, the shell can be merged and the replacement completed.
