How to diagnose a keyboard circuit board malfunction?

- If only a few specific keys are unresponsive while others function normally, it's highly likely that the corresponding conductive rubber contacts on the keyboard circuit board are oxidized and worn.

- If all keys are unresponsive, the keyboard board is damaged.

- Pressing a key triggers multiple functions, usually indicating a short circuit in the internal circuitry of the keyboard circuit board or aging and sticking of the conductive rubber.

How to Install:

1. Wear an anti-static wrist strap and ensure all power to the equipment is disconnected before operation. Unscrew the fixing screws and carefully open the back cover of the machine.

2. Locate the keypad, located behind the monitor's buttons. Take a photo to document the original wiring positions.

3. Unscrew the screws on the keypad and remove the old keypad.

4. Insert the new keypad, aligning the original wiring positions, and tighten the fixing screws.

5. Conduct a safety test without the outer casing. Once all buttons are confirmed to work, reassemble the casing, tighten the screws, and the installation is complete.
