Q1: The device displays "SpO₂ signal weak." I've checked the probe and it's fine. Is the oximeter board faulty?

A1: Turn off the power and check if the power cord is securely plugged in. After powering on the device, enter maintenance mode and check the oximeter board self-test results. If it displays "Signal amplification circuit abnormality" (fault code E04), the oximeter board is faulty and should be replaced.

Q2: Can the two oximeter boards be replaced separately? Or must they be replaced together?

A2: They can be replaced separately, depending on the fault type: ① If "Probe cannot be recognized" or "Drive current abnormality" occurs, it's likely that the 051-000058-00 board is faulty and can be replaced alone. ② If "Oximeter calculation error is large" or "Weak signal cannot be calibrated" occurs, it's likely that the signal processing chip or filter circuit on the 050-00046-00 board is faulty and should be replaced alone. ③ After replacement, power on the device and perform "SpO₂ calibration" to ensure measurement accuracy meets requirements.

Q3: The blood oximeter board gets noticeably hot while operating (approximately 65°C to the touch). Is this normal?

A3: It's not normal. The normal operating temperature should be ≤60°C. Possible causes of abnormal heating: ① The heat sink may have fallen off or the thermal grease may have dried out. Disassemble the device to inspect the heat sink on the 050-00046-00 board and reapply thermal grease (0.5mm thick). ② The driver chip is overcurrenting. Measure the probe LED current to see if it exceeds 80mA.
