The Edan IM8 patient monitor features a 12.1" high-resolution color TFT-LCD screen, accurate pacemaker detection, and a unique iSEAP algorithm optimized for patients with arrhythmias and hypertension.

The iM8 also simplifies patient monitoring with large storage capacity, nurse call functionality, and LAN/optional Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as two-way communication with the MFM-CMS central workstation and data management via the optional PatientCare Viewer software.

1. Turn off the monitor and unplug the power adapter.
2. Remove the old battery:
   • Find the battery compartment (usually on the back or side of the device).
   • Press the battery latch and slide it out to remove the battery.
3. Install the new battery: Align the guide rails of the battery compartment and insert the new battery until the latch locks.
4. First charge: It is recommended to fully charge (about 3-4 hours) before use.
