Mortara ELI 250 ECG MachineKey Membrane is an elastomeric membrane keyboard designed for the ELI 250 ECG machine. It adopts a multi-layer composite structure with integrated keys, circuits and protective layers. The outermost layer is made of medical-grade silicone material, with silk-screen anti-slip texture and character logos on the surface. It can withstand alcohol wiping and disinfection and has a long service life. The middle layer is an insulating polyester film that separates the conductive contacts to avoid short circuits. The bottom printed circuit board (PCB) contains conductive silver paste circuits. When the key is pressed, the contact closes and triggers the circuit signal.

The key action connects the PCB contact through conductive rubber or metal shrapnel to generate a digital signal (such as ASCII code). The signal is analyzed by the motherboard processor to drive the display to update or execute the corresponding function (such as starting printing).

The Key Membrane is the core input component of the device. It contains various keys of the ECG machine, such as power on and off, pause, switch mode, 26 letter keys and other functional keys. It is very comprehensive and can enter patient information in great detail, making it easy for medical staff to find patient information.

Supports various parameter adjustments, including but not limited to gain (5/10/20 mm/mV), filtering (40/150/300 Hz), paper feed speed (5-50 mm/s) and other parameters.
