The PHiliphh DFM100 defibrillator power supply has a standard power connector and can operate from 100 to 240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz to power the device and charge the battery. The power supply draws up to 65 watts of AC power and converts it to a stable 18 V DC. The primary purpose of this power supply is to charge the battery, but it can be used to power the entire device even when the battery is not present. The power supply is compatible with AC mains voltages and frequencies worldwide.

▷ Power Supply Assembly

Preparation

1Open the Case.

2 Remove the Main Chassis.

3 Remove the Main PCA Module from the Main Chassis.

4 Remove the I/O Assembly.

Removal

1 Remove the two M 3 x 4 Phillips screws

2 Remove the cable tie on the left side of the Power Supply Assembly to loosen the magnet ring

3 Remove the DC Power Output Cable

Replacement

1 Replace a new Power Supply Assembly and install the two M 3x4 flat head screws.

2 Use a new cable tie to bound the magnet ring on the Middle Frame.

3 Place the DC Power Output cable into the cable hook below the lower fan as shown.

4 Plug the DC Power Output Cable to J1 on the Therapy PCA

5 Install the Main Chassis.

6 Close the case
