Description

The rolling pump is very small and lightweight, with an overall length of 79mm, easily fitting into tight spaces for efficient use, providing a strong blowing pressure of 0.8Kgf/cm2 (78KPa) and a pumping pressure of -400mmhg (-53KPa). Rolling pump include multiple diameters to minimize pulsation, quiet operation, long life and high pressure. They have very high flow rates and high compression pressures (80 to 120 kPa) compared to their size. Their exhaust valve structure (bonnet valve) allows for silent operation, keeping noise levels low from no-load to maximum pressure conditions.

Air pump function:

Air pumps are mainly used to provide gas pressure and may be used in certain types of monitors, such as air pressure pumps, which are used in ICUs to prevent the formation of venous thrombosis in the lower limbs of patients. Through periodic inflation and deflation, they simulate the effect of artificial massage and promote blood circulation in the patient's limbs.

Water pump function:

Water pumps may not be common in monitors, but in theory, if the monitor requires a liquid circulation or cooling system, the water pump may be used to transport or pressurize the liquid to ensure the normal operation of the monitor's internal components.

Rolling pump function:

The diaphragm inside the pump performs reciprocating motion, compressing and stretching the air in the pump chamber, generating a pressure difference, and achieving gas inhalation and exhaust. This function is particularly important for medical devices that require precise control of gas flow.
