During defibrillation treatment, the high-voltage relay is controlled to connect the energy storage capacitor, inductor L and human body (load) in series to form an RLC (R is the sum of the human body resistance, the resistance of the wire itself, and the contact resistance between the human body and the electrode) series resonant attenuation oscillation circuit, which discharges to the chest wall or directly to the heart through the electrode plate within a few seconds, so that the vibrating heart is completely depolarized.
When the defibrillator capacitor fails and needs to be replaced, the defibrillator voltage will increase, especially when the load is light. In this case, the capacitor connection should be disconnected. The capacitor shell should be clean, not deformed, and without oil leakage. The capacitor should not accumulate dust and other dirt.
