Upper Casing Assy CY-0014 with Main Key Board UR-0249 - It is the upper casing of Nihon Kohden Cardiolife TEC-7621C Defibrillator, which can effectively protect the internal organization and components of the device. And there are many buttons on the panel for users to perform quick operations, which effectively improves work efficiency and buys more time to rescue patients.
► Removing the Main Key Board and Key Baord
1. Remove the battery pack, memory card and lower case.
2. Remove the main chassis and motherboard.
3. Disconnect the following cables:
• Rotary switch cable.
• CNA201 cable: Connect to test load.
• CNA102 membrane cable: connects the main keyboard and keyboard.
• NOTE: To remove the membrane cable from the membrane cable connector, use a small flat blade driver and your fingers to gently loosen the membrane cable connector lock as shown in the expanded view. Please be careful as membrane cable connectors are easily damaged.
4. Remove the three M3 flat head screws and washers and spring washers, and then remove the main keyboard.
5. Remove the two M3 flat head screws and washers and spring washers, and then remove the keyboard.
• NOTE: Remove the energy/mode select control knob on the front panel.
1) Remove the two hex screws from the energy/mode selection control knob.
2) Remove the knob, nut, washer and O-ring from the rotary switch.
