Remove and replace paddle holders
The next section describes how to remove and replace the headstock holder.
Preparation
Remove the paddle from the holder.
Move
1. Remove the vane holder.
A. Remove the two T15 screws
Note: These T15 cap screws are not the same cap screws used in other parts of the device. Separate them and use them for paddle racks only
B. Pull the paddle holder out from under the metal clip.
2. Remove the clip.
A. Remove the nut.
B. Remove the clip.
Alternative proposal
1. Reposition the clip.
A. Place the clip in the slot on the chassis. Use the new paddle holder that comes with the replacement paddle holder.
B. Replace the nut and tighten it.
2. Replace the vane holder.
A. Slide the paddle holder into place under the clip.
B. Replace and tighten the two screws
