Features
The 2.4 GHz IntelliVue telemetry system can operate in the ISM frequency band. PHiliphhilip wireless infrastructure supports wireless bedside monitoring and telemetry. This allows the hospital to make full use of the existing network facilities, and even if the hospital network information flow is large, it can also protect the transmission of key patient monitoring information.
The wireless transceiver uses Smart-hopping technology, which can change the frequency when it is necessary to avoid interference or find a stronger signal. Smart-hopping technology can also effectively manage bandwidth, making the IntelliVue telemetry system highly scalable and capable of supporting 1,028 transceivers or wireless bedside monitors.
Hospitals typically lose 10% to 20% of telemetry equipment every year. The resulting decline in bed turnover has spread to the intensive care unit, operating room and emergency room. Equipment location search can help hospitals control equipment costs and support nursing work.
Wireless telemetry (WTAAP) expands the monitoring function to provide you with near real-time indoor wireless ECG/SpO2 data. The transceiver can be wirelessly connected to IntelliVue MP5, MP5T, MMS X2, or MP2 devices to monitor the patient's real-time vital signs.
Small and light design improves patient mobility
When the sampling result of blood oxygen saturation is displayed or the patient moves out of the monitoring range, the transceiver emits a prompt sound.
When the device re-enters the network working state, it will automatically monitor and restart.
The IntelliVue telemetry system wireless network does not interfere with UHF-PHiliphhilip telemetry system or 802.11 network signals in the same space.
The IntelliVue telemetry system uses a cellular architecture to provide two-way communication between a patient-worn transceiver and an IntelliVue clearinghouse. The IntelliVue telemetry system consists of two types of transceivers (mobile patient devices). Components that make up the IntelliVue wireless network, along with TRx+ and built-in EKG and SpO2, and TRx+ and EKG features. Bodypack transceivers transmit patient data for monitoring, indication, analysis, alarm detection, operator alarm, data storage and permanent recording, and receive and transmit device and control information on smart input C (two-way communication). Control display, settings, logging, and alarms through the IntelliVue information center. You can also start recording from the transmitter. The transmitter sends the patient's digitized EKG/SpO2 signal (via cellular connection) to the IntelliVue information center to display EKG tracking, heart rate and SpO2 values. EKG Arrhythmia Detection and Analysis Shows alarm status and INOPS. Offers a full range of EKG machines, electrodes, SpO2 sensors and accessories. Most are compatible with IntelliVue patient monitors. The transceiver supports the following cable assemblies (AAMI and IEC):
• 3-wire bundle for single cable operation and marking.
• The 5-line group allows the PHiliphhilipysician to select the following two indicators for analysis and display them on the control panel. (I, II, III, aVL, aVR, aVF, V and MCL).
• Gauges in group 6 use the same gauge block as standard length gauge 5 and use the two required front gauges (I, II, III, aVL, aVR, aVF, V1 - V9, V3R, V4R, V5R). This includes the use of fast pulse detection and ECG monitoring filters (0.5-40 Hz) to reduce artifacts that can affect waveform quality and trigger false alarms. ST Segment / AR When ST Segment monitoring is enabled, the filter is changed (0.05–40 Hz) to allow accurate ST segment measurements. The central station provides a gain setting that allows the user to control the measurement of the displayed or recorded EKG signal. In a multi-wire configuration, when a technical alarm condition (INOP) occurs, the system enters standby mode. In this mode, the system automatically switches from invalid cables to available additional cables. In this case, the control center will issue a malfunction alarm. EASI™: You can switch from standard mode to EASI mode on the same transceiver. Both transceiver models support the use of 12-lead ECG analysis where EASI is derived from a 5-lead set. The label on the transceiver shows the location of the ECG electrode for EASI operation. You can use this tool to read or view performance statistics and status of IntelliVue wireless network components, configure settings, update the transceiver's software, and assist with troubleshooting.
