Nihon Kohden history in China

1951 Nihon Kohden was established
Nihon Kohden, which was established for the purpose of combining medicine and engineering, had only 12 employees when it was founded. With the "Welfare Law of Disabled Persons" enacted by the Japanese government in 1949, the hearing aids became popular and became a source of income for the company. So far, Nihon Kohden has been committed to the development of medical electronic devices under the guidance of the entrepreneurial concept.

From 1981 to 1988, Nihon Kohden established maintenance stations all over China

In 1981, Nippon Optoelectronics established the first maintenance station for Nippon Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. products in Beijing. During the three years from 1985 to 1988, product maintenance stations were opened in Shenyang, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu.

2008 Nihong Optoelectronics Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established

2011 Nihon Kohden's 60th anniversary

On July 1, 2012, three subsidiaries of Nippon Optoelectronics in China - Shanghai Optoelectronics Medical Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd., Meidite Optoelectronics Medical Software Shanghai Co., Ltd. and Nihong Optoelectronics Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. merged into "New Shanghai Optoelectronics Co., Ltd." ”, namely Shanghai Optoelectronics Medical Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd. New Shanghai Optoelectronics integrates all the functions of the three subsidiaries and is committed to providing better services to customers in China and around the world.
