On April 7, after 30 days of hard work, the first phase of the Central Aid Hong Kong Emergency Hospital Project in the Lok Ma Chau Loop in Hong Kong was completed and delivered. Step on the steel trestle and cross the Shenzhen River

This is a temporary trestle bridge completed in 7 days. About 29 Mindray front-line colleagues and channel partners who are responsible for the installation and commissioning of anti-epidemic equipment have or will soon embark on a journey to aid Hong Kong to fight the epidemic.

"We not only install equipment, but also participate in the construction of the hospital throughout the whole process." A colleague introduced the work on site.
From a barren fish pond to a hospital specializing in respiratory infectious diseases, the work of the on-site team is not only the construction of houses, water, electricity and roads, but also the construction of a complete set of medical infrastructure.

At the site, Mindray needs to ensure the smooth installation and operation of all anti-epidemic equipment. Therefore, close communication with the on-site construction team in the early stage, exploration and planning before formal installation, as well as flexibility and strong execution during transportation and installation, each sections are extremely important. "Just to make holes in the floor to fix the equipment, we communicated with the construction team 4 days in advance, and finally delivered on schedule." The on-site colleagues recalled.

On March 25, Mindray's first pioneer team entered Lok Ma Chau. The on-site environment was harsh and the construction period was tight. When the weather was sunny, the yellow sand filled the sky, and when it rained, the trouser legs were covered with mud. "When I first saw the site, it felt like a wasteland. I was a little worried about facing the unknown, but it was more determined and calm." The first engineer who arrived at the site described his mood at the time. In this way, under the conditions of no water, no electricity, living in tents, building a floor, and eating lunch boxes, he ushered in his companions one after another.

On the 31st, the first batch of Mindray anti-epidemic equipment was officially shipped. After a day and night of transportation, unloading, and hoisting, the front-line team overcame various challenges in traffic, environment, and personnel, and finally transferred the equipment to the designated location. The on-site service engineers also officially started their installation and commissioning work.

2 hours out of the plan, everyone together

At the same time, Mindray's comprehensive strength spanning multiple production lines of medical equipment such as life information and support, in vitro diagnosis, and medical imaging also gave us sufficient confidence to participate in this aid project.
